You are welcome to book our pilates classes here. Please note that BOOKINGS CLOSE 12 HOURS BEFORE A CLASS; best get booking...

All classes are good for beginners to advanced.

Please make sure that you wear socks to all classes, with grip socks for the pilates chair and reformer. This is in the interest of hygiene, not due to a bizarre dislike of feet! Please also bring a towel to place on the mat if you feel you need one!

You are welcome to come to the studio up to ten minutes before the class starts.
