Booking Pilates

You are welcome to book our pilates classes here. Please note that BOOKINGS CLOSE 12 HOURS BEFORE A CLASS; best get booking...

All classes are good for beginners to advanced - mat, chair and reformer classes. The Tuesday 12.15 mat/chair class is our only class specifically for beginners and rehabilitation - a lovely class!

Please make sure that you wear socks to all classes, with grip socks for the pilates chair and reformer. This is in the interest of hygiene, not due to a bizarre dislike of feet! Please also bring a towel to place on the mat if you feel you need one!

You are welcome to come to the studio up to ten minutes before the class starts. Please press the CORE door button to be buzzed in.  You won’t be able to come in once the class has started; this enables us to run the class undisturbed, as you have to be let in by the pilates instructor.

CORE nutrition workshops on July 22nd and August 19th run from 9.30 to 11.30, and cost £10!

 

Booking SUP CUPs

CORE SUP CUPs (what's that?? Friendly SUP competitions) on July 29th (CORE's 2nd birthday, dressing up with water theme not essential ...) and August 26th at 11am will cost a friendly £5 for adults and £3 for U18s. Bring a picnic!
