All of our weekly small, friendly pilates classes run for 1 hour, while our Saturday Stretch and flex and our Sunday Hardcore sessions are an hour and a half.

All of our pilates classes are mixed ability, while our Wednesday’s smooth chair class at 11am is particularly good for rehabilitation and beginners.

Pilates classes cost: mat £5, chair £6, reformer £10,  SUPilates £10

1-1 Pilates classes or Nutrition sessions are available 6 days a week at a time to suit you. Please contact hi@corehealth.org.uk to finalise a time before booking your session. All 1-1 sessions cost £35 (£50 for nutrition with food diary analysis). Your 1-1 session and cost can be shared with friends -contact CORE for more information.

 

Our Stand Up Paddle boarding (SUP) 1 hour pilates sessions (SUPilates) and 2 hour SUP courses are mixed ability sessions and don’t involve being IN the water (unless you want to …), just  being ON the water in a relaxing mountain location. Private bookings are also taken  – just contact hi@corehealth.org.uk to discuss your requirements.
